Our knowledge of fabrics means we understand what materials are needed to make the men's and women's shirts, scrub suits, jackets and chef and serving staff garments that meet your standards. QC Staff with Production Experience
At Weihai Hishi Textile, we have four QC officers to make sure every inch of our fabric breathes quality. They all have at least five years of experience working in fabric factories. And they visit our fabric suppliers to monitor the entire production process. We also have 14 QC officers who graduated from textile colleges to ensure the quality of our garments. They have worked in garment workshops for at least two years and have also spent three years in our technical department/ They check semifinished garments. And to further ensure quality, we double-check all finished items.
We have 60 Fabric Partner Factories and 20 Garment Partner Factories
Besides our own factory, we work with more than 60 fabric and 20 garment factories. Most of them have ISO 9001:2000 certification and some have passed inspections by J.C. Penney and Capital Mercury. We export about 150,000 garments monthly. Our minimum order is 1,000 pieces.
